$10 Billion LA Rams Village at Warner Center Moves Forward in Woodland Hills
Demolition of the former Promenade mall in Woodland Hills finished in August, clearing the 52-acre site for Rams Village at Warner Center, the Los Angeles Rams’ planned $10 billion mixed-use district. The project, first unveiled by owner Stan Kroenke in April 2025, covers more than 5.2 million square feet and is expected to take roughly a decade to complete in full.
Plans call for more than 3,100 homes, including apartments and live-work units, alongside nearly 2 million square feet of office, retail and hotel space, including a 182-room hotel. Two indoor entertainment venues, seating 5,000 and 2,500, are planned along with more than nine acres of public and pedestrian space.
At the center of the district is the Rams’ permanent headquarters and training facility: a 150,000-square-foot indoor practice facility seating up to 2,500, built alongside the team’s existing outdoor fields. The team’s temporary practice facility, which opened in August 2024, will remain in use throughout construction.
As of a September 2026, the project is under City of Los Angeles Project Permit Compliance review, with no building permits issued yet. If the city approves the plan, construction is projected to begin in 2027. Kroenke called the project “a tremendous opportunity to develop a dynamic destination.”
