A New District proposed Beside Toyota Stadium in Frisco texas

Hunt Sports Development has unveiled plans for a multi-phase mixed-use district on the east side of Toyota Stadium, the Frisco, Texas home of MLS club FC Dallas, in partnership with Peak Curated Development and Venu Holding Corporation.

The plan centers on a roughly 290-room boutique hotel alongside more than 40,000 square feet of convention and event space. At its heart is a 15,000-square-foot ballroom designed to flex into a 3,000-person live music venue — adding a genuine mid-sized concert room to a site currently built around soccer. Rounding out the district: a full-service restaurant, rooftop bar, spa, and fitness center. Groundbreaking is targeted for 2027; financial terms have not been disclosed.

Clark Hunt, Chairman and CEO of FC Dallas, framed the project as an extension of his father Lamar Hunt's original vision for the Frisco site, tying the development to the club's three-decade history there rather than treating it as a standalone real-estate play.
