UKREiiF, the UK's largest real estate investment and infrastructure forum, has carved out a dedicated Sports Investment & Regeneration Summit as part of its 2027 programme, running May 19 and 20 at the Royal Armouries Museum and Leeds Dock.
The summit formalizes what had been a broader "Sports & Leisure" stream in 2026 into its own two-day track focused specifically on how stadiums and major venues anchor the investment that grows up around them.
The new summit is built around a simple idea: a stadium is the starting point for regeneration, not the end of it. The two-day programme pairs keynote addresses and main stage sessions with fireside chats, round tables, and workshops, including a dedicated Investment, Stadiums & Major Venues session on day two.
Buro Happold has signed on as headline partner, with Grayling, Grimshaw, and Front Five Building Services as associate partners. Populous is sponsoring the round tables and leaders' lunch, and KSS is sponsoring two of the Thursday main stage sessions.
Organisations with a presence at past editions of UKREiiF include the British Olympic Association, the Premier League, Formula 1, Silverstone, Arsenal FC, Manchester City, Birmingham City FC, Burnley FC, Yorkshire Cricket Club, Wimbledon, Tottenham Hotspur, and Team GB.
